Position Type: Assistant Principal (Grades 9-12)

Location: Strongsville High School

Scope of Responsibility
Actively supports the educational development of each student and the professional development of all staff in alignment with the District's vision and mission. Serves as the primary monitor of student behavior as well as academic succuss. Advocates for students and their needs while providing supportive coaching to staff on behavioral interventions and instructional strategies and scaffolding. Knowledgeable in PBIS, teacher based teams, and special education.

Compensation
Compensation: $94,224.00 (Base Salary)
Salary and fringe benefits commensurate with the Strongsville City Schools Administrative Handbook
Two-Year 215 Day Administrative Contract

Minimum Qualifications
Master's Degree or beyond with a concentration in education administration
Valid Ohio Administrative Grades 4-9 or 5-12 Certificate/License
Previous High School Principal, Assistant Principal and/or leadership experience preferred
Credentialed OTES 2.0 Evaluator
