What You'll Do

  • Work collaboratively with the school leader in support of the attainment of campus-specific goals and initiatives.

  • Provide strong instructional coaching to teachers that moves the needle on scholar achievement; evaluating lesson plans, observing classes, and leading professional development on a regular basis.

  • In collaboration with the school leader, manage student disciplinary issues, oversee the organization of school-wide events, and support the school leader in all issues relating to the successful operation of the school.

  • Assist in managing, evaluating, and implementing clear and effective procedures for the operation and functioning of the school including instructional programs, extracurricular activities, advisory and Town Hall programming, and discipline systems.

  • Support teachers and staff in the analysis and use of data to drive instruction.

Based in the Camden, NJ location, L3Harrris Integrated C5 Systems (C5S) focuses on providing total systems solutions utilizing cutting edge cyber and integrated C5ISR solutions to the U.S. DoD & Intelligence Community, DHS/USCG, federal agencies, and international governments and defense. Reporting to the Director, Business Development and based in the Camden, NJ location, the Senior Principal, Business Development, will be responsible for providing Business Development support to Cyber Systems for primarily, Intelligence Community, Army, Marine Corps customers. Primary Qualifications The individual filling this role must have a proven track record of identifying, qualifying and winning new business. A deep understanding of business development processes to include market forecasts, government budgets, DoD related industry interactions, and relations with key customer organizations and influencers is a requirement. This person will collaborate closely with the General Manager of Cyber systems and his/her team, to include Program Mangers and technical experts, and lead capture teams in this cross functional team organization using common BD and capture process. This person must understand and have experience in developing requirements for integrated cyber systems, engaging with requirements, acquisition, operational, and customers at all levels. A thorough knowledge of Electronic Support Systems (ES/SIGINT) across the DoD, but especially in the Army and Marine Corps tactical cyber systems is required. Minimum 10 years operational experience and 5 years in industry preferred; must be eligible for TS/SCI security clearance, current TS/SCI clearance is preferred. Specific Responsibilities & Business Development Expertise This person shall be responsible for: establishing and monitoring a 1, 3, and 5yr orders forecast & plan; managing B&P resources; managing marketing resources; leading and managing a team of capture professionals and providing mentoring & guidance in the capture of business; in conjunction with division leadership, developing a strategic plan & growth strategy with leadership that is consistent with higher level plans. Will contribute to and maintain cognizance over: Congressional priorities; Divisional strategic plan & growth strategy; Orders Pipeline & proposal forecasts; Division gating processes; Division pursuits and opportunities/plans; Proposal development (PTW, baselines, risk & opportunity, teaming, etc). Shall inform and collaborate on external communications and trade show participation. Customer and Market * Understand internal and external customer decision-making and funding process.
