Assistant Practice Manager - Magnolia Veterinary Hospital

Magnolia Veterinary Hospital is looking to add an Assistant Practice Manager to our busy team!

The Associate Practice Manager (APM) role serves a critical function for our veterinary hospitals across a broad range of responsibilities. The APM is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of the hospital and championing the values of the organization which helps to build positive team morale, while also maintaining a large presence in a technical or customer services role. The APM is looked to as a role model within the hospital and must lead with integrity, pride and professionalism. They must establish and maintain sound business practices at the hospital level while also effectively collaborating and coordinating efforts with the other members of the organization, including the Medical Director and the Practice Manager.

The broad functions of the APM role include employee engagement and retention, planning and executing a positive client experience, maintaining ideal inventory levels, regulatory compliance, hospital reputation management, financial analysis, practice planning and assorted various tasks requested of them.
