Job Summary/Basic Functions

The Assistant Aquatics Manager of the University Club at Arlington will help oversee day to day operations of the aquatic facility.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age and have 3 years minimum experience as a lifeguard.

• Must hold current Red Cross Lifeguard, CPR, AED & First Aid Certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

2 years experience in a supervisor role

Job Duties:

• Manage Aquatic Staff - (Essential)
• Provide Excellent Customer Service - (Essential)
• Assist with the upkeep and cleanliness of the aquatic facility - (Essential)
• Ensure water chemistry stays compliant with county health department regulations - (Essential)
• Assist with set up and break down of swim meets and special events - (Essential)
• Other duties as assigned. - (Essential)
