Reviews departmental objectives and evaluates daily activities across all departments to maximize plant capacity and efficiency. Analyzes production costs and product quality, adjusting production, tool programs, and inventory controls as needed to improve operations. -Develops plans to optimize machine, manpower, and material utilization, while motivating staff to achieve performance standards. Addresses departmental and customer complaints, resolves issues, and ensures plant floor cleanliness, appearance, and safety standards are met.

Collaborates with the Quality team to maintain high build standards and effective training programs.
