The Assistant Personal Care Engineer is responsible for assisting with the development and audit of personal care goods through all stages of the product life-cycle. This person will work with a wide breadth of packaging materials for primary, secondary and tertiary development. This associate will be able to embrace a fast-paced environment that involves continuous learning and problem solving.

This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.

What Will You Be Doing?

• Drive the conceptualization of personal care and home fragrance packaging

• Create and manage all packaging specifications

• Manage new packaging development milestones

• Develop new packaging concepts via Solidworks and ArtiosCad

• Acquire approval of concepts via 3D printing and small batch production

• Validate all packaging by developing and executing testing protocols

• Bring packaging to market by driving tooling qualifications

• Communicate daily with cross functional teams on packaging development

• Manage raw material and finished good standards

• QA processes for packaging

What Do You Need To Bring?

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience. Engineering degree specializing in packaging or relevant experience.

• CPG CO-OP experience at a minimum

• Task-oriented and organized with a high attention to detail

• Ability to independently think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

• A strong desire for adventure & curiosity

• Desire to learn & hunger for more

• A collaborative approach to working with cross-functional partners to achieve the vision of the brands
