Our property is seeking an experienced Assistant Operations Manager for our Condominium in Hallandale Beach, FL.
Schedule: Full Time, Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assist with the development and implementation of quality control and customer service.
Assist with all necessary permitting.
Confer with supervisory engineering personnel, owners, contractors and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints and construction problems.
Assist in the development for projects with the professionals and city officials.
Maintain records for payments, change orders and other contract documents.
Assist Manager with the supervision and development of protocols for the Pool & Beach Department
Establishes operational procedures for issues such as phone system in office, delivery services to residents.
Assists the Manager and collaborates with Security Supervisor to promptly investigate and make a full written report of all accidents or claims for property damage and personal injury
Assists in preparation of all Members and Board meetings and attends all those meetings.
Researches and makes recommendations to improve better communication to Residents including, Association's website, Community channel, email blasts, bulletin boards, etc.
Adhere to safety procedures and insure that the employees follow the same.
Minimum 1-2 years of condominium experience is highly preferred
2-3 years of business experience
Customer service experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proactive, detail oriented and professional
Proficient in computer software including but not limited to, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)
