MSPCC, a division of Eliot is seeking a seasoned Assistant Office Manager with two plus years of experience. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and attention to detail. You will work closely with the Office Manager providing support to our child and family programs.

Our Child, Youth and Family Behavioral Health Services encompass multiple service systems that include: Intensive Care Coordination, Family Support and Training, In-Home Therapy, Therapeutic Mentoring, Outpatient Counseling and Psychiatry, and other community based programming. Service delivery is collaborative, family driven and youth guided, with a focus on individual and family strengths, needs, and preferences. Bilingual Preferred.


  • Assist in the daily administrative operations of Clinic Services including establishing work priorities.

  • Assist in resolving problems related to the day-to-day operations of the building and office equipment.

  • Provide accurate and timely flow of data, financial and insurance benefit information between the families, clinic staff, Accounts Receivable, the Business Office and other relevant parties.

  • Provide front-desk services including activities such as greeting and assisting visitors, answering incoming phone calls, maintaining an accurate sign-in sheet, processing incoming and outgoing mail and meeting coordination.

  • Assist the Office Manager in processing payroll time-sheets, sick and annual leave documents, travel reimbursements, access cards, purchasing documents, and/or employment documents.

  • Assist with the implementation of reporting procedures and maintenance of program tracking sheets.

  • Assist with insurance verification, scanning, faxing, and supporting the electronic medical health record.

  • Assist and provide support around scheduling with families and clinical staff for psychiatry appointments and support medication refill requests.

  • Provide support with employee hiring including conducting reference checks and completing CORI forms.

  • Create and maintain spreadsheets, calendars and other systems in order to assist with quality assurance measures for the departments.
