Sign-on Bonus up#to#$13,000 (Full Time)#based on experience! 4 North-Intermediate Coronary Care Telemetry Unit#was#formerly known as the Heart Failure Telemetry Unit (HFTU) and Cardiovascular Surgical Unit (CVSU) Assistant Nurse Manager Roles and Responsibilities:

Provides leadership, manages, and coordinates activities of an assigned nursing department. Participates in the coordination of patient care and departmental activities consistent with the corporate, division, and departmental mission statement and values Required Skills

Qualifications:

Current RN license to practice in NC (NC licensure or multi-state (compact) license). BSN preferred. Two years#nursing experience in an acute hospital preferred with outstanding leadership skills documented Thorough knowledge of specialty nursing principles, methods, and technique #Able to deal tactfully with staff, patients, physicians, ancillary professional, and families.
