We are looking for an Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) to join our Neuro Progressive Care team at Baptist South in Jacksonville, FL. This is a full time night shift position on The Neuro Progressive Care unit at our South campus. As an Assistant Nurse Manager for Baptist Health you will:

• Assist the Director of Med/Surg/Progressive with unit/area operations.

• Work closely with direct care personnel to ensure delivery of quality patient care.

• Facilitate patient throughput. Takes lead role in implementing changes.

• Take lead role in implementing changes.

• Support and coaches unit personnel in development.

• Take a direct patient care assignment as needed

• Handle Staffing and scheduling of unit personnel.
