  1. Assess needs of staff, provides a comprehensive orientation program, and provides opportunities to meet learning needs. 2. Provides direct patient care and acts as a clinical role model. 3.

    Participates in management activities such as personnel functions, staffing, budget preparation, and implementation. 4. Participates in hospital/unit committees, projects, and conferences and encourages other staff members' participation. 5. Schedules and delegates nursing responsibilities based on staff abilities and patient acuity providing for optimum patient care 24-hours a day, seven days a week. 6.

    Maintains effective open communication between staff and administration as it relates to patient care and/or changes on the unit. 7. Participates in educational experiences of affiliated schools.

Requirements:

1.N.L.N. accredited school of nursing training. Knowledge of nursing process, innovative therapies in patient care, current knowledge of medications, treatments, and use of sophisticated equipment, normally acquired through the completion of a training program. 2. Current registration in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. 3. Two years of related work experience. 4. Demonstrated interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients, families, and health care professionals. 5. BSN and PACU exp. required; Masters preferred.

Assist Revenue Manager with the accounts receivable and contract administration, report monthly revenue, cash, and aging reports to corporate finance in a timely manner and ensure prompt follow up on denied claims and collections of delinquent accounts. Job Responsibilities * Supervise the revenue, billing, and accounts receivable staff. This includes hiring, training, evaluating, assigning work, and corrective action planning, as necessary. * Manage daily cash deposit for all Vinfen entities including Travis Corporation. * Oversee all daily and monthly billing and billing deadlines. Oversee all third-party billing. * Responsible for all month end processing for corporate revenue, cash, and accounts receivable. * Support Revenue Manager with implementation and maintenance of the Electronic Health Records system. * Provide technical assistance in software applications, system upgrades and enhancements, and effective use of systems. Continually improve systems. * Responsible for all invoice and cash receipt electronic and hard copy file integrity. * Responsible for meeting all state Ready Pay payment-processing requirements. * Maintain all revenue, budgeting, and accounts receivable deadlines per month and annual financial schedules. * Manage rental agreements and reporting with MHPI. * Oversee client fee collection and rent subsidy. * Interface with contract management and operation managers to ensure maximizing revenue. * Perform other related duties, as required. **Why Vinfen?** We are committed to you!
