    You will work alongside the Nurse Manager to ensure safe, high quality patient care. Given the responsibility to provide on-going feedback to staff, promote and participate in departmental goals, and coordinate staffing needs and schedules, you would also collaborate with the Nurse Manager and other team members to interview and select staff to join the team. As the Assistant Nurse Manager, you would be supporting a team caring for a Med/Surg/Ortho patient population. This unit also has cardiac monitoring capabilities

Position: Assistant Nurse Manager - 1SW

Shift: Fulltime Day Shift with a Minimum of 20% rotation to Off-Shift

Experience:

1.Three to Five years of recent Acute Care Nurse experience preferred.

2.Prior charge nurse experience or other leadership experience preferred.

Education:

1.Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.

2.BSN or other related Bachelor's Degree required.

3.MSN or other related Master's Degree preferred.

Licensures/Certifications:

1.PA RN license

2.Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) required.

3.Certification in specialty area is desired.

Assists in the supervision and oversight of all team members and business operations, monitoring and facilitating all production and retail processes, pick-up and delivery, shipping and quality control processes. Manages store in the absence of the Store Manager. The Store Assistant Manager is required to perform all functions normally performed by the team member.
