Adventist HealthCare Rehabilitation seeks to hire a Nurse Manager in the Cardiac Cath Lab to work at our facility in Takoma Park, MD who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing. Qualified candidates will possess:
Minimum of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree
Master's degree preferred
5+ years of nursing experience
1-3 years of nurse management experience
Critical thinking and analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ANM will directly supervise Cath Lab RNs and RTs in the delivery of patient care
Direct flow of cases across 4 Cath Labs
Communicate with other hospital departments to coordinate patient care/procedures to
ensure excellent patient outcomes
Act as clinical resource and support competency assessments
Function as scrubber and circulator in all types of cases
Take on-call for emergencies
Provide input to managers for annual employee evaluations
Full-time; Days - 12 hour shifts
