Responsible for providing merchandising support, manage samples upon completion of a collection as well as administrative duties requiring the ability to effectively handle multiple priorities, demonstrate flexibility and confidentiality.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Execute and manage integrity of line definition in Global Front End merchandising system for all categories.
Re-cap weekly best sellers and present findings to team.
Assist building Fabric to Sketch, Body Charts and RMT
Assist with line opening preparation and material
Manage/Track samples post market and until the Runway Show. Manage requests from PR, Sales, Tech Design, Production, Design. All tracking to be done through Fashion GPS
Managing showroom calendar
Follow up with teams or colleagues on outstanding information or materials as requested
Communicate & distribute all critical merchandising information to key functional areas on a timely basis.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities
All general administrative tasks including calendar, expense reporting, responding to basic requests
Coordinate VP's travel arrangements; ensure travel plans are aligned with others on the same trip to the extent possible
Responsible for creating meeting agendas, deck preparation, and organizing recaps
When necessary maintain confidential employee records, including: vacation/personal time tracking and performance management documentation
Monitor office supplies and reorder as needed
