The Assistant Men's Soccer Coach will be responsible for assisting in all aspects associated with the NCAA Division III soccer team at Lesley University. This position requires night and weekend hours are required and our facilities are located off campus.
Assist the head coach with the soccer team according to NCAA, New England Collegiate Conference and Lesley University standards, rules and regulations and demonstrate awareness of, commitment, and adherence to NCAA, ECAC and Conference rules to help instruct and develop student-athletes.
Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive recruiting strategy.
Assist in making strategic decisions in contest situations.
Assist in the strength and conditioning of the athletes; and assist with administrative responsibilities associated with the program operations, including fundraising efforts and community service.
The assistant coach will also assist during the non-traditional season (spring).
Working knowledge of NCAA Division III rules and regulations.
At least one year of previous successful coaching or playing experience at the college, semi-professional, professional, or international level.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Must have a valid U.S. driver's license.
Must be authorized to work in the United States; if you hold a visa, your visa status must allow you to work at Lesley University.
This is a part-time position, paid by stipend.
