To assist the Member Experience Manager (Branch Manager) in leading the service center, to ensure Members receive courteous, accurate, and prompt assistance from all staff members.
Manages, coaches, and develops the Member Experience Reps (Tellers), by conducting performance reviews, coordinating activities/schedules, creating reports, logs, and other documentation.
Conducts all Member transactions, transfers, special service requests, and effectively handles cash management (including ATM, Vault, Orders, MXR cash limits, etc.).
Fosters a friendly, professional, and personal experience for both Members and Employees. Consistently manages and engages MXR's through successful coaching, development plans, and staff meetings.
Acts as MXM (Branch Manager) in his/her absence, offers ideas and suggestions for the department, cross-sells CU products/services, and other duties as assigned.
Must have a minimum of 2 years of related experience, and education equivalent to High School Diploma. The ability to foster sound relationships, positively influence others, follow complex instructions, and make sound decisions is necessary. Excellent attention to detail, communication, computer, leadership, mental concentration, and time management skills are essential.
This position may require 45+ hours weekly and flexibility between the following hours: Mon to Thurs: 7:30a-6:30p; Fri: 7:30a-7:30p; and Sat: 7:30a-2:30p
