What You'll Be Helping Achieve
RPA is seeking an Assistant Media Planner to join the Media Planning, Honda and Acura Dealer Associations team. As an Assistant Media Planner, you will assist the team with the development and maintenance of campaigns for multiple Honda Dealer Associations across the U.S. You will be responsible for implementation of campaign activity across a variety of media including local TV, local radio, digital, streaming video and audio, and out-of-home, compiling reporting for digital campaign analysis and optimization, and monitoring digital vendor payments. MS Excel and PowerPoint proficiency are mandatory. You must be detail-oriented and have excellent organizational and communication skills. Previous exposure to the media planning process or media resources (such as DCM, Prisma/Media Ocean, eTelmar, Media Tools) via coursework or internship is a plus. This is an entry level position.
What You'll Be Working On
Campaign execution and optimization
Digital campaign monitoring and reporting
Vendor payment management
Internal meetings with team and other agency departments to review procedures; vendor meetings
Maintain team status report
How You'll Excel In Your Role
Proficiency with Excel (including use of formulas), PowerPoint and Word are required
Previous exposure to the media planning process or media resources (such as DCM, com

Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work on numerous assignments concurrently and be able to shift gears on a moment's notice
