Assistant Media Planner

What Will You Do?

We are seeking an Assistant Media Planner who will work to support the Senior Media Planner in planning for both our national and local markets. This role will work to ensure that the Integrated Media team's initiatives are being executed on time, within budget, and with precision.

• Assist the Senior Media Planner in the planning of TV, CTV, Streaming Audio, Podcasts and OOH

• Collaborate with Senior Media Planner to shape media objectives, strategies, tactics, audience and channel selection

• Ensure strategy is being executed within media buys

• Develop and maintain planning documents, including budgets, market landscapes, media and campaign performance and performance of each corporate market

• Update partners of any budget and flighting changes

• Work cross-functionally with teams to ensure all assets that are needed are briefed and align with strategy and best practices

What Do You Need?

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media Planning, OR

• 2-3 years of related experience

• Experience with Microsoft Excel

• Knowledge with media mix modeling and location analytics platforms

• Effectively work in a cross-functional team environment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills

• Effective time management and organizational skills

• Work independently as well as in a team environment

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Handle multiple projects simultaneously within established time constraints

• Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite
