  Key Responsibilities We are seeking a skilled and organized Assistant Project Manager to join our team As a Assistant Project Manger, you will provide support to our project management team and assist in the successful completion of construction projects Assist project managers in coordinating and managing construction projects from start to finish Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports Collaborate with project team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to project timelines Assist in tracking project expenses and maintaining budget records Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and site visits as required Conduct research and gather data to support project planning and decision-making Assist in the preparation of project proposals, bids, and presentations Maintain accurate and up-to-date project files and records Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Relevant experience or training in HVAC, construction, or project management.
  
  Strong organizational and communication skills. Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Bluebeam, Trimble ProjectSite) is a plus.
