We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Marketing Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about marketing and analytics, who enjoys supporting dynamic teams and contributing to impactful campaigns. This is not an administrative position but a marketing role with room to learn and grow.
The ideal applicant has an interest in developing their skillset, a natural curiosity to understand why and how things work, and the motivation to dig deep to find answers. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Marketing Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring campaigns across multiple channels.
Prepare, organize, and analyze sales data to support marketing strategies and decision-making. Draft and proofread marketing materials. Identify marketing trends and opportunities.
Deeply understand marketing initiatives and sales goals. Generate and track reports on campaign performance, customer behavior, and sales outcomes. Provide team support, including attending meetings, organizing files, gathering data, and managing budgets.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proficiency in marketing and analytics tools (Excel required, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Shopify, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads a plus). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to analyze and interpret sales data. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ability to follow through on projects from cradle to grave.
