You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control and Customer relations.

You must set the example. You must follow ALL policy and procedures 100% of the time and expect the same from your crew.

High levels of flexibility, energy, creativity and problem solving are required to be successful. You will be expected to design and execute community health events in our clinics; ensure our members are always delighted with the level of care they receive; support "front desk" activities, including answering the phone; contribute to on-the-ground marketing initiatives; and generally do whatever it takes to make sure the Oak Street clinic is running smoothly.
