Position Summary:

Work with all levels of the organization to ensure base level understanding of Business Management System (BMS) and Quality System. Effective scorecard development and utilization to ensure that scorecard objectives are tied directly to HMMA's business plan. Lead BMS and Quality System plant-wide activities, interface with all departments and coordinate all new project administration. Manage the CEBOS Document Control System for the plant. Manage QA Department Special Projects as assigned by management.

Essential Functons:

  • Communicate Business Management System (BMS) and Quality System information and targets effectively at all levels within the organization.

  • Lead BMS plant-wide activities including internal BMS audits and CEBOS Document Control System administration work.

  • Continual improvement of BMS mindset plant-wide through continual training at all levels of the organization.

  • Level up HMMA Process Quality Improvement in collaboration with Process Evaluation Group and Departments.

  • Ensure CEBOS Document Control System related issues are resolved.

  • Serve as interface between HMMA and external BMS and Quality System service providers such as consultants and registrar organizations.

  • Promote cross-departmental teamwork to implement the BMS.

  • Administer, coordinate, and comply with all Business Management System (BMS), Environmental Management System (EMS), and Safety Management System (SMS) requirements.

  • Manage QA department Special Projects and investigations as assigned.

  • Meet all other requirements as assigned.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree desired.

Related Experience:

  • 5-10 years job related experience desired.

  • Experience in project management preferred.

Skills / Knowledge:

  • MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint

  • Working knowledge is ISO/TS 16949 desired.

Additional Information:

Position may require occasional travel (domestic or foreign). Flexibility in working hours to include weekends, holidays, and off shift. Position may require on-call duty or overtime due to overall responsibility.

Submit your resume today! Responsibilities Responsibilities: Provides AFINC QA functions for the program. Conducts Quality Assurance for the Program Manager to ensure all aspects of the AFINC program are functioning efficiency and properly. Performs CDRL reviews for quality and compliance. Implements ITIL service management quality controls to ensure continuous improvement. Works with AF quality programs and systems including: MICT, Integrated Maintenance Data System, Technical Order Distribution Office, Self‐Assessment Program (SAP), Personnel Evaluations, Equipment Evaluation, Electrostatic Discharge (ESD)/Corrosion Prevention and Control Program, Audits and Training. QAE should be familiar and comply with AF checklist/appendices, technical orders, operating instructions (local, AF and DoD) and guidance memorandums. * Plans, executes and reports results for Personnel Evaluations and Equipment, Evaluations, as assigned. * Completes monthly deep dives that ensure the Self-Assessment Program maintained in the MICT application stays current; trains, enforces and complies with the Electrostatic Discharge (ESD)/Corrosion Prevention and Control Program controls. * Administers the Technical Order Distribution Office (TODO) via ETIMS for the squadron * Maintains QA evaluation database. * Maintains related information in the EITSM (Remedy) incident management system as a part of daily routine, as well as conducting audits and training. * Record and document results and compare to expected results. * Perform application security audits. Implement application designs, create queries, scripts, web pages and other deliverables. * Participate in application planning meetings. Ensure data integrity standards. Perform reviews, walkthroughs, or inspections. * Provides development of project Software Quality Assurance Plan and the implementation of procedures that conforms to the requirements of the contract. * Provides an independent assessment of how the project's process is being implemented relative to the defined process and recommends methods to optimize the organization's process. * May be responsible for all activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. * Conducts audits and reviews/analyzes data and documentation. * Develops and implements procedures and test plans for assuring quality in a system development environment which supports large databases and applications. Qualifications Qualifications: * Successful candidates should be familiar and comply with the related items in the Training Business Area (TBA) application, AF checklist/appendices, technical orders, operating instructions (local, AF and DoD) and guidance memorandums. * Must be able to stand and/or stoop for extended periods of time, climb and reach, as well as walk/maneuver from building to building, as position involves 20% - 30% physical activity - possibly outside.
