The Assistant Manager assists the Twice Daily General Manager (GM) in leading and coaching store staff to consistently deliver all the components of the Twice Daily offer and culture to maximize the guest experience. The position has total accountability for the operation of the store in the GMs absence.
Help ensure best in class service is extended to all Twice Daily guests
Take an active role in delivering the programs necessary to maximize the guest experience.
Possess a strong passion for the Twice Daily offering and culture.
Engage in educating the guest about the Twice Daily fresh all day offer.
Act as role model for all elements of the Twice Daily culture and core values.
Assist in creating the environment to support the store culture.
Train and build staff capability.
Work opposite hours as the GM.
Ensure all required inventory levels, freshness and product rotation standards are maintained.

What You Bring to the Team
At least 1-year management experience in a retail or restaurant environment
Good interpersonal, guest service and oral communication skills
Good attention to detail and takes personal pride in all that you do
Have sufficient visual ability to check identification and process credit cards
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds carrying cases of milk, etc.
Ability to work shifts, holidays and weekends
