What you bring:

  • Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the General Manager, for all store employees

  • Maintaining high retention by focusing on identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging employee productivity

  • Maintaining a clean, safe environment by complying with all health and sanitation procedures to ensure the store is presentable and that all products are in-stock

  • Assist in implementing all merchandising and marketing programs

  • Cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting the Speedy Rewards loyalty program

  • A valid Driver's License from the state of residence and auto insurance in order to conduct area pricing surveys

  • A high school diploma/GED or college degree

  • The ability to multi-task, perform repeated bending, standing, and reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds

The Quality Manager reports functionally to theCrouse-Hinds Americas Regional Quality Manager and is responsible to lead thetotal plant QA/QC system for the Crouse-Hinds and Bussmann products. Thisincludes all traditional quality verification activities (receiving and in-processinspection, test, audit and repair activities, continuous improvement, productlaunch, supplier quality, and quality system compliance). The Quality Manager is responsible for providing technicalassistance and quality leadership to all operating departments; driving problemresolution utilizing an 8D approach along with statistical methods and otherproblem solving techniques; collecting and evaluating quality data and performinga wide variety of quality engineering activities in support of businessobjectives. Also, manage quality deliverables associated withproduct and process design changes. * You will install, track, and manage supplierperformance through robust incoming inspection practices and supplierperformance management activities. * You will resolve internal and external qualityconcerns in a definite and timely fashion.
