Your Role:

As the Assistant Manager of our Encinitas Massage Envy location, you will:

• Lead with Purpose: Rally a team of caring professionals to deliver an exceptional experience to every client, every day.

• Inspire and Support: Build meaningful relationships with massage therapists, estheticians and customer service superstars, guiding and motivating them to achieve their best.
