What You'll Be Working On-
Assisting Field Marketing Managers (supporting Dunkin Donuts & Baskin Robbins) for the markets spanning the western region
Assisting with LSM plan development and activation, as requested by FMMs. The role will be a "boots-on-the-ground" resource, focusing on LSM, DMA specific marketing activities, digital/social opportunities, regional projects, grand opening events
Developing LSM plans and analyzing results and effectiveness
Building and maintaining a library of LSM best practices and LSM business cases for Franchisee use
Understanding DD/BR brand strategies, in order to incorporate them into store-level/mini-market promotional plans
Understanding and capitalizing on local market conditions to drive profitable sales/traffic counts
Assist with digital, public relations and promotional agencies, to develop and implement promotional plans for the markets in the Western region
What You'll Need-
2-4 years marketing experience in retail / QSR marketing
Local advertising/PR/event agency experience
Franchisee network marketing experience or applicable QSR / retail experience
Ability to travel, some months up to 50% of the time
Ability to use creative and analytical thinking to produce marketing programs that deliver excellent financial results
