Inviting applications for the role of Freezer Cabinet Operations Representative
This position serves as primary liaison between sales personnel, brokers, distributors, customers and various departments and functions to investigate, resolve and respond to issues and questions. Ensures customer orders are processed, shipped and invoiced. Demands critical thinking abilities to facilitate resolution to both short term and long term service issues. Coordinates and processes a multitude of distributor, operator, and national account contracts, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and gross margin integrity.
Support 6 regional business managers directly and OOH Key Account and National Account managers indirectly
Lead regional cabinet inventory including; orders, moves, pick-ups, deliveries and spare parts and service repairs
Process new OOH business leads that originate through the call center
Address customer inquiries both telephonically and by email to handle and resolve customer/distributor complaints
Prioritize and provide customers/distributors with product and service information in a timely manner and
Call out unresolved issues to line manager based in level of severity
Enter new customer information into Freezer Management System (FMS) system
Handle and cleanup daily, weekly and monthly cabinet inventory activities
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Complete call and shipping logs and produce call reports daily
Associates or college degree
Proficient in and MS Word, Excel and Outlook with good data entry and typing skills
Ability to speak Spanish a plus
Must have operational or compliance experience in a call center / collections environment
