Qualifications:

  • Minimum age: 18 years old

  • High school diploma, some post high school education a plus.

  • 1-2 years previous leadership experience in some capacity.

  • 1-2 years experience in the food service business.

  • ServeSafe Certification a plus.

  • Strong references from people who have worked for you and who you've worked for.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial and inventory management

  • Crew assignment, training and motivation of the team during your shift

  • Customer relationship management

  • Full accountability for how the shift runs under your watch.

  • Work both opening and closing shifts each week

  • Morning shift: 8:00am 4:00pm

  • Afternoon shift: 3:00pm 11:00pm.

Responsible for the successful execution of fast, accurate, sandwiches and world-class customer service while maintaining a clean, organized shift. Duties and Responsibilities: * Manages a staff of approximately 15-30 employees. Assigns, oversees and evaluates work. * Manage hiring, training, evaluation, disciplining, and termination of employees. * Provides on-the-job training for new employees. * Delegates and is responsible for the ordering, receipt, storage and issuing of all food, labor, equipment, cleaning, and paper supplies for the unit to ensure a minimum loss from wage or theft. * Assists in the supervision of the preparation, sales, and service of food. * Forecasts food items. Estimates what amount of each food item will be consumed per shift. * Supervises food preparation and service operations while on duty. Assists inshoppers during rush periods to ensure the maintenance of restaurant efficiency. * Assista inshoppers in greeting customers, taking orders, using the cash register, assembling order and checking for completeness and correctness. * Ensure that every customer reeves world-class customer service. * Route deliveries and serve drivers to maximize delivery business and speed. * Completes daily food preparation (opening procedures, meat and vegetable slicing, bread production). * Executes systems and procedures with 100% integrity and completeness. * Completes daily and weekly paperwork. * Responsible for 100% of the cash drawers at all times during the shift. * Completes week ending paperwork. * Controls inventory by using a weekly inventory system and maintain regular inventory ordering schedules. * Receives and stores product. * Conducts weekly manager's meeting. * Audits systems and procedures as well as shift ending paperwork. * Completes preventive maintenance and upkeep on store's equipment and supplies. * Performs other related duties as required.
