Experience the EMBREY WAY by joining our dynamic Property Management team as an Assistant Manager.
As our Assistant Manager, you will assist in resident retention while enhancing the resident experience by applying skillful conflict resolution strategies.
Responsibilities
Post rent payments daily and manage delinquent accounts.
Audit lease and resident files.
Process pre-close and month-end reports.
Inspect apartments upon move-ins and move-outs.
Generate new lease and renewal contracts.
Complete statement of deposits for move-outs.
Qualifications
One year of sales/service industry experience
Previous leasing experience, preferred
Experience utilizing Yardi and Microsoft Office Suite
High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
Valid Driver's License
Required Testing
Position type: hourly, full-time.
Position location: New Braunfels, TX - Collection at Gruene
