The Assistant Manager, E-Commerce Campaign Management is responsible for helping to align multiple teams (Creative, Marketing, Planning, Social, IT, etc.) to ensure e-commerce projects remain on track for completion by set deadlines in support of e-commerce Omni channel strategies. In partnership with Social, Merchandising, Marketing, Operations, Creative, and Technology teams, this position will work to improve process and ensure all teams involved in e-commerce projects have the necessary information and resources they need to work quickly and efficiently.
Fully manage all website and app campaigns and promotions.
This team member should be the go-to for key stakeholders and should know every campaign and promotion running at all times.
Work with marketing, merchandisers, IT, creative, legal, technical and analytics team members to gather all information needed to execute our campaigns seamlessly.
Manage team priorities, resources and capacity to meet aggressive deadlines. Perform QA/UAT to ensure everything is working as planned.
Create a calendar/timeline for all e-commerce projects, and ensure that the team hits target dates on time.
Make recommendations for automation of tasks to increase operational efficiency
Create and coordinate internal and local communication efforts to support omni channel initiatives and campaigns both locally and globally.
