Position Title: Assistant Manager, Customer Marketing
Location: South Deerfield, MA
Reports to: Senior Customer Marketing Manager
Under direction of the Senior Customer Marketing Manager, the Assistant Manager of Customer Marketing will be responsible for development, management and implementation of programs designed to achieve marketing goals for assigned wholesale customers.
The Assistant Manager will build and maintain strong internal and external partnerships to successfully execute customer-specific marketing plans.
Helps execute marketing plans which support omni-channel customer marketing needs and contribute towards the achievement of division sales and profit goals.
Drives execution of key customer and consumer marketing communication initiatives.
Partners with Forecasting, Demand Planning, Brand Development, Brand Activation, Trade Strategy, Sales, Customer Analytics, Finance and assigned channel account contacts to execute annual customer marketing strategy and plans.
Work with internal and external cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective execution of creative to support customer-specific marketing activities and brand awareness; measuring the impact on the overall customer marketing efforts.
Project manages creation and execution of all customer-specific activation.
Plan-O-Gram (P.O.G) Creation
Works closely with selling team to help ensure execution of selling materials, presentations, sell sheets, samples, etc.
Able to leverage internal and external resources to create customer specific, data driven, stories that drive growth using shopper insights, category and channel data.
An understanding of business metrics and financial acumen to guide recommended customer programs.
Create compelling presentations that deliver growth on key division priorities.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
2-4 years related experience.
Strong Project Management and organizational skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and build effective business partner relationships at various organizational levels.
Flexibility in work schedule required along with ability to travel within the U.S. for customer meetings.
