Position: Assistant Manager

Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance with flexible availability. The AM must have open availability, meaning a flexible schedule (not fixed) and be able to cover shifts on short notice. The AM must be available whenever needed during Arbys operating hours which includes working nights, weekends, and holidays.
Technology Skills including but not limited to: POS back office, MS Word, Excel, Scanning
Proficient in the following dimensions of restaurant functions: food planning, preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, recordkeeping, and preparation of reports
High school diploma or equivalent and demonstrated 6 months restaurant management operations experience
Ability to help lead and develop a high performing restaurant team
Proven success of building and cultivating strong positive working relationships
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with company policies and
procedures, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
Regularly required to stand, walk, talk and hear. Frequently required to use hand to finger motions, handle or feel
objects, reach with arms and hands
Must be able to maintain balance to stand and walk for extended periods of time, up to 10 hours a day in
environment with hazards including slippery (wet or icy) floors, sharp equipment, and waist level kitchen hazards
including fryers and stove tops
The job requires frequent repetitive physical motions such as walking, bending, reaching above head, reaching at
waist level, reaching below waist, button pushing, for up to 10 hours a day
Must be able to work in high stress, high temperature environments for up to 10 hours a day
Must hold current drivers license and insurance. Must be able to physically drive own vehicle for store daily bank
runs and to retrieve products when needed.
