Hours: 8am to 4:30 pm
Reporting to the Business Manager, Ambulatory Service Line Development as well as supporting Operations Manager of Outpatient Rehabilitation the Asst. Mgr. is responsible for ensuring business support for multidisciplinary service lines associated with rehabilitation, concussion, ENA and others (as determined). Primary duties are to ensure the processes associated with the patient on-ramp to multidisciplinary service lines has low friction and high patient satisfaction and to oversee the support staff supervisors of the outpatient rehab Department, the Cantu Concussion Center and support staff ENA Carrazco practice. The Asst. Business Mgr. will work closely with support and clinical supervisors to ensure adequate staffing of support position. Secondary roles are to assist Director with calendar management, meeting minutes and other administrative support roles as assigned.
Education: Bachelor's Required
Experience: 2-5 years' experience in health care administration.
Licensure and/or Certification:
Excellent customer service skills.
Must be self sufficient
Professional in attitude and presentation
Possess strong positive attitude and ability to provide support to clinical staff as well as support staff
Proven strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Kronos and Meditech, preferred.
Must be able to problem solve utilizing resources available and know when to seek additional help
Ability to maintain confidential information.
