In this role, you will work directly with and assist a Store Manager who will help you develop sales, recruiting, educational, and merchandising skills to help lead the Team. The ideal candidate is a natural leader, with a keen interest in fashion, strong communication skills, and a desire to succeed.

The Assistant Manager plays a key role in leading the Team. You must have an eagerness to learn and desire to take on responsibility.

An Assistant Manager should expect to average between 42 to 45 hours per week. (Please note that hours are issued based upon performance and our scheduling needs, so it is possible your hours may fluctuate.)
