We invite you to explore a career with us and join in the fun Who you are… You are energetic, inspiring and adventurous You love to have fun while you’re at work You enjoy going above and beyond for your team and guests You have previous management experience You have basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general carpentry You stay cool under pressure, emergencies, and uncomfortable situations You have the ability to give consistent and phenomenal guest service You retain a positive attitude and flexibility to take on new and different tasks You have a high school diploma or equivalent You have basic math and computer skills You’re available to work on the weekend What you’ll do… Maintain all areas in good repair by preforming various tasks related to variety of trades including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical, air conditioning, painting, wall covering, and masonry to ensure an attractive, safe and well-maintained hotel Manage work orders to ensure that all repairs and maintenance programs are completed in a timely manner Completes daily rounds, identifying and reporting problems and responds to guests and work orders in a timely manner Perform or coordinate preventive maintenance routines on building equipment and systems Assist in supervising, directing, guiding, coaching and evaluating the performance of the maintenance team members to maximize their abilities and job satisfaction Participates in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees; assist in the orientation and training of new staff as required Help inform and train resort employees on the safe operation of equipment and facilities, ensuring compliance with fire, life and safety standards/policies and local, state and federal laws and regulations Report major repairs and items which cannot be repaired to the Maintenance Manager; keep management/leadership fully informed of problems or matters of significance Assist with snow and ice removal during cold weather conditions Extra Perks Medical, dental and vision insurance coverage 401(k) plan with Company Match Paid time off Golf privileges Discounts at Tetherow Restaurants & Golf Shop $5 Employee Breakfast & Lunch Meals from The Row Employee referral bonuses Work in one of the most beautiful settings in Central Oregon Compensation details: 55000-55000 Yearly Salary PI43eea6d8fc91-31181-34632101
