We are looking for an experience Maintenance Technician who is ready for the next step in their career! As the Assistant Maintenance Manager you will be the additional support to diagnose problems, assist the other Maintenance Technicians as needed, and special projects around our beautiful campus.

Summary
The Assistant Maintenance Manager should have strong technical aptitude, excellent troubleshooting skills, and strong problem-solving skills. They should also have knowledge of mechanical, electrical, HVAC and electronics systems, and be able to work under pressure. A maintenance group leader oversees maintenance activities, such as the upkeep of all buildings. Their responsibilities include:
Duties and Responsibilities
Scheduling: Scheduling maintenance tasks and activities
Supervising: Supervising maintenance workers and monitoring their performance
Inspecting: Performing inspections to identify problems and issues
Repairing: Making repairs and ensuring timely completion
Developing: Developing maintenance procedures, and standard operating procedures
Advocating: Advocating for the department's needs.
Responding: Responding to maintenance emergencies
Communication: Communicate with maintenance manager daily.
Rotate on call schedule.
Qualifications
Familiarity with the operation of maintenance related tools and equipment.
Possession of good customer service skills.
Strong working knowledge of HVAC controls and control systems.
Strong working knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures
