Shack Shine offers a professional holiday light installation service, and we need technician assistants to join our team from October through December. If you’re interested in holiday light installation and ready to help spread the holiday cheer, this is the job for you! No previous lighting experience is required!

Position Details

• Position: Seasonal Holiday Technician Assistant
• Dates: October 2024 – December 2024 (potential for full time work after season)
• Schedule: Flexible shifts, Monday to Saturday, 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
• Location: Lenexa (Report) | Kansas City Metro Area (Service)

What We’re Looking For

• Experienced Laborer: 1-2 years of General Labor, Landscaping, Gutter cleaning, Window cleaning, Christmas or holiday light installation, and/or Ladder work (strongly preferred)
• Comfort with Heights: Confident working on ladders and roofs (up to 40 feet)
• Driving Record: 21+ with a valid driver’s license and clean record (no major infractions)
• Customer-Focused: Friendly and professional attitude with strong customer service skills
• Dependability: Reliable, punctual, and available up to 6 days a week
• Self-Starter: Ability to work efficiently and independently
