Assistant Leader Car Wash

The Car Wash Assistant Manager assists the Car Wash General Manager in overseeing daily operations including offering a Customer Obsessed car wash experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervises Team Members in the absence of the General Manager.

• Follows procedures to open and close the location.

• Resolves customer issues related to quality of service in accordance with procedures and at the direction of the General Manager.

• Assists customers at the pay stations with questions and transactions.

• Provides customers with information and answers questions regarding the car wash programs.

• Guides customer vehicles onto the conveyor in a safe and efficient manner.

• Inspects vehicles prior to entry into the tunnel.

• Performs and enforces established policies and procedures, especially in the absence of the General Manager.

• Maintains the property and facility to meet established cleanliness and neatness expectations.

• Works safely at all times and holds Team Members accountable to the same established safety standards.

EDUCATION

• High School/ GED
• YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 2+ years

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Has an 'It Can Be Done Attitude.'

• Ability to always be customer obsessed.

• Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and Team Members.

• Basic understanding of computer software.

• Meets basic management competencies.
