About the role Ensure that the hotel guests' expectations are fulfilled and to personalize the guest stay from pre arrival, arrival, departure, post departure and during the guest stay.

What you will do Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons' policies Oversee the Valet and Garage management, understand the P&L for those departments, and manage the luggage storage for guests. What you bring Minimum 3 years of experience in a management (operational) position in a luxury property. Schedule & Hours: This position is full time and requires open availability. The Guest Services operation is 24 hours.
