The Taco Bell Assistant General Manager supports the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards. You take ownership and responsibility to solve problems with a smile, seek help when needed and are willing to help and guide others.

Key responsibilities include making sure Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties, inventory management, and financial accountability and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner. You'll also ensure that the restaurant is a safe place for all employees to work and customers to visit. A successful candidate will have a positive attitude and good communications skills. Job Requirements and Essential FunctionsHigh School Diploma or GED, College or University Degree preferred1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility

Basic personal computer literacy

Strong preference for internal promote form Shift Manager position

Must be at least 18 years old

Must pass background check criteria and drug test

Must have reliable transportation

Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills

Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves and lift and carry out trash containers and place in an outside bin

Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant

Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 80% of shift time

This position will report to the General Counsel and will work collaboratively with other members of the legal department to provide timely, accurate, and value added legal services to our internal clients. Responsibilities * Advise and counsel on issues relating to the issuance and distribution of investment products * Draft and negotiate transactional documents and commercial agreements; * Advise, counsel, and draft research memoranda on a variety of legal issues including business entity organization, contracts, litigation, employment, intellectual property, tax, real estate, insurance, estate planning, etc.; based on individual's knowledge base; * Assist in the development, maintenance, and improvement of internal policies and procedures; * Assist in compliance and governmental relations efforts, under the direction of the General Counsel and in consultation with the Chief Compliance Officer; * Assist the General Counsel in providing advice and counsel to internal clients comprising multiple business units and affiliated entities; * Assist in the conduct and management of securities-related disputes involving the Company; * Provide thoughtful and practical alternatives when confronting complex legal issues; * Provide input on the engagement and retention of outside counsel and assist in oversight as necessary; * Work as a team with the General Counsel, other legal department personnel and internal clients; * Provide additional services as required. Skills and Experience Needed * Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school; * Licensed attorney in the State of Kansas or ability to become a licensed attorney in Kansas promptly upon employment; * 5-10 years of experience as a practicing attorney, either in private practice or in-house; * Working experience with laws governing the issuance and distribution of securities and investment products, including the Securities Act of 1933, Securities Exchange Act of 1934 Investment Advisers Act of 1940, the Investment Company Act of 1940, other related federal and state statutes, rules, regulations, case law and guidance. * General knowledge of legal issues encountered by medium-sized business with working knowledge of contract and limited liability company law; * Ability and desire to learn the business of the company and its affiliates, react to and plan for changes in the business; * Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment; * Ability to participate effectively as a team member; * Ability to take initiative and desire to grow as a professional; * Ability to communicate and interact effectively with all levels of internal and external parties; * Detail and quality oriented, motivated, and dependable; Physical Demands * The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
