The Taco Bell Assistant General Manager supports the Restaurant General Manager by running great shift and meeting Taco Bell/Charter Foods standards. You take ownership and responsibility to solve problems with a smile, seek help when needed and are willing to help and guide others.

Key responsibilities include making sure Teams Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties, inventory management, and financial accountability and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner. You'll also ensure that the restaurant is a safe place for all employees and customers. A successful candidate will have a positive attitude and good communication skills. Job Requirements and Essential Functions

High School Diploma or GED, College or University Degree preferred 1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility Basic personal computer literacy Must be at least 18 years old Must have reliable transportation Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves and lift and carry out trash containers and place in an outside bin Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 80% of shift time

About this role The assistant clinical coordinator collaborates with physicians and care providers to coordinate day to day patient care. Job involves working with patients, physicians and support staff to meet patient goals successfully. Responsible for performing a variety of clerical duties relating to the updating and organizing of information on the nursing units; coordinating work with the unit as well as with other units and departments; reporting pertinent information to the immediate supervisor; responding to inquiries and requests from staff and personnel. Performs various clerical duties relating to the updating and organizing of information on the medical units as illustrated by maintenance tasks relating to chart order, chart accuracy, and chart current data. Answers the telephone in a professional manner, direct calls to appropriate individuals and/or take messages. Stocks units with office and medical supplies. Prepares requisitions to maintain established inventories. Faxes and photocopies information as needed. Coordinates specific work tasks with other personnel within the medical unit as well as within other units and departments in order to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of information. Respond to inquiries relating to his/her particular area within given timeframes and within established policy. Processes a variety of information regarding patient care. Keeps all necessary lists and schedules. Coordinate patient appointments. Perform other duties as assigned.
