Ensure an effective work schedule is posted each week.

Responsible for all levels of staffing and new hire orientations.
Ensure all training and certifications processes are in place and 100% compliant.
Executes action plans using systems, training, operation manuals, and all other available resources.
Review daily numbers each day of work and coach and praise their results to the other team members.
Oversee FOH and BOH operations in compliance with Krystal Standards.
Provide leadership by generating excitement, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude and commitment toward company objectives.
Ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operations in include; product preparation and delivery, customer service, facilities maintenance, and financial accountability.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position.
Prior to entering the position, the candidate must complete a background check.
In-store training program completed.
