Assistant General Manager

Do you enjoy food service and leading a team? Old Carolina Barbecue is currently in search of an Assistant General Manager to service our day-to-day operations. We are looking for people who have a passion for serving great food in a fun environment!

As an Assistant General Manager, you may be responsible for:

• Maintaining a clean atmosphere
• Ensure established standards of food safety and sanitation are maintained
• Maintain a working knowledge of all recipes, products and production procedures
• Develop guest oriented quality, service and cleanliness action plans to enhance guest satisfaction
• Develop initiatives to build sales, profitability and guest counts. Maintain effective guest satisfaction.
• Purchase food products within established guidelines
• Ensure secure, safe handling and transportation of funds
• Miscellaneous tasks as needed
