Fitness Holdings Northeast LLC is looking for an Assistant General Manager!

We are a franchise of CRUNCH Fitness. We are headquartered in Greenwich, CT.

Our mission is to launch a network of CRUNCH gyms across the northeastern United States. With franchise rights in Westchester County, NY, Philadelphia, PA, Northern New Jersey and Massachusetts, Fitness Holdings, LLC is on pace to build 50 clubs throughout the Northeast Corridor.

With a focus on low cost, high volume and superior customer service, Fitness Holdings, LLC's first location opened in May 2013 and has already grown to 21 clubs, with more coming by year end!

Qualifications:

Prior fitness experience required. Ideally 2 years of management.

Personal Training certification/experience preferred.

Schedule:Must be available to work nights and weekends. Must work every Saturday. All management must work every close out.

Job Summary:

The Assistant General Manager will work with the General Manager to help drive revenue in their club. The AGM's primary focus will be on Personal Training revenue, where they will be responsible for successful attainment of monthly revenue goals.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

The Primary responsibility of the Assistant General Manager is to sell personal training packages. You will conduct Fitness Consultations daily with new members and be responsible for converting those prospects into clients.

Sales & Promotion

Drive the revenue of the PT program for the club.

Sell Personal Training programs and conduct fitness assessments with members.

Hit Monthly and Quarterly Sales goals.

Provide tours and sell memberships.

Assist with prospecting.

Managerial and Supervisory

Support the General Manager in all functions to ensure the club is achieving financial goals.

Oversee the personal training department and ensure that it continues to grow.

Responsible for recruiting, hiring, training and onboarding new personal training staff.

Work with staff daily to train and develop them to do their jobs better.

Hold personal training staff accountable for providing excellent customer service to their clients.
