Seeking an Assistant General Manager

Our ideal candidate would have management level experience with a subcontractor performing; construction, framing, concrete, carpet/tile installations or a combination of operations and sales experience in a larger organization.

The Assistant General Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management and development of operations in the Central Florida market. The Assistant General Manager will develop resources to deliver high-quality construction services; management of customer relationships focused on building the quality image of the brand; oversight of crews helping them to improve quality and productivity.
The Manager has overall financial P & L responsibility for the division, as well as direct day-to-day management of the management team and staff. Ability to travel to various company operations in a multi-state area is essential.
Experience & Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor s Degree (or commensurate experience), preferably in business, engineering or related field.
Expertise in leading the day-to-day operations in a fast-paced and dispersed work environment.
Five years of successful managerial experience and proven effective leadership of other people to successful completion of job and goal accomplishment.
High level of integrity, ethical standards, and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
