Assistant General Counsel (Real Estate)

They have projects throughout the DC/VA/MD area. Positive culturethe GC is happy for the people who have left (one relocated and another got a not-to-be-missed opportunity elsewhere), but is now looking for a confident right-hand-person who can take on work and "run things." The Role: Development, management, and operations of real estate portfolio.

Mixed-use developmentsretail and office leasing (no warehouse). The role includes negotiation, drafting, etc. OPEN TO PART TIME, but typically a 40 hour work week (emergencies are rare). This is an in-office group. Your Qualifications:

Prefer 5 years of experience, but some flexibility. Licensed in Maryland, DC, or Virginia. Comfortable working independently on leasing matters. Experience with either retail or office leasing.
