The Assistant General Counsel provides legal advice and legal services through the office of General Counsel at Nationwide Children's Hospital (NCH) for the benefit of NCH, its subsidiaries, and related companies. The Assistant General Counsel serves as a consultant, legal advisor, advocate, and defender, in a manner consistent with the mission, values, and strategic objectives of the organization.

Qualifications
Education Requirement: Juris Doctorate and licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio, required.
Experience: At least three years engaged in the practice of law with significant prior experience in employment law, as well as an interest in and aptitude for health care law, risk management, and/or health care related litigation.
