The Assistant Front Office Manager is responsible for the smooth operation of the front office and for ensuring that all standard operating procedures pertaining to the front desk are followed. Assists in coordinating the activities of workers in guest registration, telephone services, and night audit to ensure the highest guest satisfaction and maximize hotel profitability. Additional responsibilities may include training, staff development and scheduling.

  • The ability to work a flexible schedule

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment

  • Refined verbal and written communication skills

  • Minimum of one-year previous front office supervisory experience preferred
