Assistant Food Service Director - Private College Campus

SAGE Dining Services is seeking an Assistant Food Service Director with high-volume production experience for a private college in Cuthbert, GA. The AFSD is a hands-on position that requires strong leadership skills, imagination, creativity, a strong work ethic and superior customer service skills.

The Assistant Food Service Director is responsible for supporting the Director with all aspects of the account: catering, service, production, sanitation, team development and financial performance. Candidates should have a solid experience in menu development, full-service catering events, leading a team, integrity, safety/sanitation standards and a positive attitude.
