Sagewood, a dynamic senior living community in Phoenix Arizona, is seeking an experienced hospitality focused Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to oversee multiple operations/dining venues in our beautiful life plan community! Responsibilities include daily restaurant operations, managing team performance, and creating an exceptional dining experience.

Pay: Range: $78,000 - $88,000

The Role:
- Responsible for daily restaurant operations in multiple venues
- Streamlines processes and implements changes to increase efficiencies and controlling costs
- Develops and delivers training to F&B leaders and to staff to build skills, increase efficiencies, and demonstrate hospitality
- Participates in menu development and publication
- Prepares and maintains accurate and timely reports as required
- Implements Life Care Services Extraordinary Impressions best practices in the front of the house and influences hospitality focused environment throughout the community

Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- A minimum of three years supervisory experience in "front of the house operations" in a senior living community, restaurant, hotel, or club.
- Must have at least two years of experience in overseeing multiple restaurants concurrently.
- Post-Secondary Education in hospitality management or dining room operations preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and social skills in order to work effectively with residents, families, visitors, peers, supervisors, subordinates, and other outside contacts
- Must be able to generate a warm, friendly, and caring manner on first impression
- Maintains working knowledge of regulations that impact the industry
